खजुराहो। मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव खजुराहो पहुंच कर शहीद सैनिक प्रदीप पटेल के श्रद्धांजली कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए और पुष्पचक्र अर्पित कर जवान को सलामी दी। सिक्किम पाक्योंग में सेना के वाहन की दुर्घटना में कटनी जिले के विजयराघवगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र हरदुआकला निवास प्रदीप पटेल शहीद हुए है। उनका पार्थिव शरीर पैतृक गांव अंतिम संस्कार के लिए जा रहा है। शाहिद को गॉड आफ ऑनर एवं राजकीय सम्मान के साथ अंतिम विदाई देने के लिए सीएम पहुंचे।

सिक्किम के पाक्योंग में हुए सड़क हादसे में शहीद चार जवानों में एक जवान कटनी जिले के विजयराघवगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के हरदुआ कला गांव का रहने वाला था। प्रदीप पटेल भारतीय सेना में ड्राइवर के पद पर पदस्थ थे। आज (शनिवार) शहीद को राजकीय सम्मान के साथ उनके पैतृक गांव अंतिम विदाई दी जाएगी।

बता दें कि शहीद की पार्थिव देह को विशेष विमान से खजुराहो लाया गया। सड़क मार्ग से सेना के वाहन में कटनी के हरदुआ कला गांव ले जाया गया। सीएम डॉक्टर मोहन यादव ने खजुराहो एयरपोर्ट पर शहीद प्रदीप पटेल को श्रद्धांजलि दी। इस मौके पर उन्होंने शहीद के परिवार को 1 करोड़ रुपए देने की घोषणा की है।
